polar_hydra_unh

unh_pitch makes pitch angle spectrograms for hydra which gets around the fact that odd and even boxes have different energy levels (and with spacing not as close to log as one might wish) by making choosing energy levels regularly spaced between the minimum and maximum energy for the boxes and interpolating the data to these energy levels. Also, the spectrograms can be averaged over many blocks.
