In the extended ion heating region: [top] electron, [middle] ion, and [bottom] wave data for the non-polar-cap part of the flight. Data are in the same format as in the main electron survey plots from 440-455 except that the VLF data are shown from 20 Hz to only 5 kHz. The heavy green background in the electron plot is a background count problem.
